What Is Women Leading in Change?

Women Leading in Change is an online transformation journey based on the values upheld by the purpose, mission, and vision of Female Wave of Change to create a more connected, more humane, more sustainable, and more tolerant world for everyone.

In this program you will gain a new perspective of you and your future, discover new opportunities for learning and collaboration, and learn how to grow as a leader who makes a positive impact on the future of her family, her community and to society.

When I joined Female Wave of Change, I didn't know who I was.Then I enrolled for Women Leading in Change, I was a person who had built a cocoon for myself I could not open up. The women in my class helped me open up and put my true self out there and my self image improved. As a woman in a male dominated business, I had to stop trying to compete with my male counterparts and put my femininity out there whilst being my authentic self. I was a yes person all the time, this was draining me as I would not even have me time whist doing errands for others. My relationships have improved. Self and public image have also been enhanced, I have found the real ME!!! After completing the course I went back to college, and will soon be travelling the world over seeking knowledge on my career path. Thank you to my tutors and classmates for encouraging me to reach out to the world and claim my space. I recommend the Women Leading in Change course for women are also on a self seeking journey.

Sometimes your leadership skills and qualities are not well-known and recognized by yourself. For you it is a normal and natural way of acting. The same with your mission and purpose. For your personal growth and development, it is great to find out and grow as a person and a professional. I had this need and desire. Then I took the opportunity to join the transformation journey of Women Leading in Change. For me it was the structure of the program as a whole and the separate pieces, together a great foundation and a joyful journey too. Great to have several and different teachers from around the world. Bringing their own expertise, charm and dedication. The students having different needs and goals, that is surprising and helpful how it gives inspiration and insights. The training is a space of safety, inspiration and encouraging too. It was amazing to see us becoming more confident and more near to our purpose and how to act on it in a changing and dynamic world We are prepared, we are ready! Need say I more?

In 2019, I attended and completed the Women Leading In Change Programme as part of the second cohort. A lot of soul-searching that took place during and after the programme. Two lessons that stood out for me were on the 'Tree of Life' and 'Your network is your net worth'. These lessons helped me to challenge my own fears about starting and sharing my businesses with others. They helped me acknowledge how much knowledge and expertise I have been gaining over the years to step into the world of entrepreneurship. Recently, I started a water­ reselling business and I now have a shop that has agreed to add the water in their fridges and sell it. If you had asked me, prior to attending this programme, if I will ever be in this business and be negotiating prices with shop owners; talking to my network to help promote my business, I would have said never.

Springboard To Resilience

Women Leading in Change Local

In January 2019 Female Wave of Change launched “Women Leading in Change, a Female Wave of Change Transformation Journey”, a global, online leadership program for women who long to make impactful changes around them. The program serves women who want to take responsibility for their own future, the future of their family, their community, and the world. These women are also ready to step up as an authentic leader, using her feminine values and qualities. 

The program is designed by Female Wave of Change teachers: members of our Circle of Wise Women, Ambassadors and Board members, who come from all walks of life, from all over the world and carry great wisdom and life experience with them!

We want to share the positive impact Women Leading in Change we see on participants’ personal and professional life with many more women, in all areas of the world!

So, we have designed a special version of this transformational program for all regions where we have Female Wave of Change teams that followed the global program.

The video shared shows the official launch of Women Leading in Change Local and gives an impression of the experiences teachers and alumni have had.

Wherever you are in the world, whatever your background is, whatever the next step is that you want to take, it is time to awaken the leader in yourself and join us for this life-changing journey in your country!
