Our belief; Authentic Feminine Leadership can, and will, inspire the positive and sustainable change needed in the world today and for the future.
We are looking to find individuals and companies to support driving a change in the “way things are done” through empowering a different type of leader.

This year’s Global Conference is the next step in creating change in the best way we can: Together!
FWOC connects people of all walks of life from all over the world and is represented in 35 countries worldwide. We are expecting around one hundred and fifty (150) participants from these different parts of the world to join us in Geneva and online.
At this year’s conference we intend to increase momentum that Authentic Feminine Leaders are the change, that we can all contribute to positive and lasting change in the world by using our feminine values and qualities. Further, that through collaboration, we can accelerate change for the better: creating a better world for the current generation and for generations to come.
The two-day conference will feature international experts from all over the world; speeches, stories and conversations in panels will inspire the participants to lead change, and in active workshop settings, we will together create ideas on how to contribute to change.
