Women Leading in Change

Female Wave of Change strongly believes that the change we need to create a more sustainable world, can only happen by having many more women step up as an authentic leader, using her feminine values and qualities.

Female Wave of Change has developed a 3-month transformation program for those women: the women who are longing to be the change and who want to know how to step in their greatness! Women who want to take responsibility for their own future, the future of their family, the community and the world.

Session 2: A Journey to Self Awareness

Rediscovering your values, what makes you unique and your gift to the world.

Women have the power to change their circumstances through tapping into their inner strength. This session seeks to firstly share tools of becoming self-aware. Self-awareness in turn unlocks limitless potential because once you know who you are, you are then in a unique position where inhibitors such as self-doubt, low self-esteem and fear no longer play a role in decision making. Taking control of the mind is the first step to conquering fears. The essence of courageous leadership is knowing yourself and using your strength to breakthrough.

Session 4: Authenticity

Knowing yourself and your true qualities are about doing your inner self-search so you can lead from an authentic and clear perspective.
In an undiscovered self, the chances you step into you undiscovered pitfall are always there. In order to lead others and support them on their causes, you need to master yourself first.

In this session, we will take you along in the journey of the three fields you need to know
– Who are you with yourself
– Who are you in society
– Who are you in the world

Nienke uses the method of GIFEW’s three ecologies to align yourself with your true authentic purpose. With this alignment, you will be able to create a flow to move forward.

Session 5: Re-humanize Leadership

Feminine values and energy  lead to re-humanized leadership as a fact. In FWoC the definition how we see the feminine value is clear on paper. But how do we transform this in our daily life as women leaders?

In this session, Nienke and Shad will explore with you how you apply the feminine values already and where you see difficulties in expression and actions.

Before we start this session, you will receive a link to take a short test on your values. With this test from the Values Centre, it becomes clear on what level of consciousness you act on.
Through recognising how you apply your values, it becomes easier to identify, honour and act within your values.
