SLOVENIA
Intro about the Country
The Republic of Slovenia is a country in Central Europe with a population of 2.1 million. It is a developed country, with an advanced high-income economy, a member of various international organizations, including the European Union, the Eurozone, the Schengen Area, the OSCE, the Council of Europe and NATO.
Almost two-thirds of people are employed in services, and over one-third in industry and construction. Slovenia benefits from a well-educated workforce, well-developed infrastructure, and its location at the crossroads of major trade routes.
“In Slovenia, we are committed to sustainability. For generations we have lived and worked as one with nature and we hope to preserve it for generations to come. Here you will find ancient forests, crystal clear waters, unspoiled nooks and remarkable biodiversity. We reward the most sustainable destinations with the Slovenia Green label and there you can enjoy truly green holidays.” I FEEL SLOVENIA
“An earthly paradise of snow-capped peaks, turquoise-green rivers and Venetian-style coastline, Slovenia enriches its natural treasures with harmonious architecture, charming rustic culture and sophisticated cuisine.
